What does Evans North create?
We create professionally produced marketing videos and supporting content around your products, services, projects, expertise, customer questions and other agreed topics.
Do I need to provide my own content?
You provide the business information and existing material needed to understand and represent your business. That can include photos, videos, product information, reviews, brand assets and website links.
Can I choose the video topics?
Yes. The three videos in Marketing Starter are not restricted to fixed categories. Topics are agreed around what will be useful for your business and audience.
How many revisions are included?
One reasonable revision round per video is included. Additional work can be agreed separately where required.
Who publishes the content?
On Content Retainer, you remain responsible for publishing. Managed Marketing includes publishing and scheduling on up to two agreed social media platforms.
How do I approve content?
Content is presented through the secure client portal. You can review the work, approve it or request changes and keep track of the workflow.
How quickly does work start?
Marketing Starter has a standard turnaround of 7 working days from receipt of all required client information and content. Monthly services follow the agreed planning and production schedule.
Do you offer other marketing services?
Yes. Additional services can be introduced as the business grows, including SEO, local search, paid advertising, email marketing, lead generation, community management and other bespoke marketing support.
